The Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute, Inc. Young 100 Division and the Bonner Office of Community Service & Student Development at Spelman College announce a strategic partnership to provide the Bonner Scholars Class of 2011 executive leadership and entrepreneurial development training....Working through the Emerging Leaders Institute, the Young 100 Division curriculum will be facilitated by accomplished professionals of varying backgrounds including State Representative Dee Dawkins-Haigler, author and life coach V. Ivana Foster, and CEO of Venus Media Group and Spelman alumna Dorna Carrington Scott.

The mission of The Center for Working Families, Inc. is to ensure economic success for hard-working families and their children. The Center for Working Families, Inc. (TCWFI) is a private not for profit agency centrally located within inner City of Atlanta at the Dunbar Center, a City of Atlanta community center. We provide a combination of economic stimulus, employment, job development, work supports and asset building programs to meet the needs of families living within the six neighborhoods clustered around Atlanta’s Turner Field (also known as Neighborhood Planning Unit V or NPU-V).

TOTAL EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN EVERYWHERE®
The Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute, Inc. (ELI) develops global leaders for the 21st Century. Through an intense program that specifically focuses on progression and succession techniques, ELI trains women to enumerate their goals and professional objectives, develop an image consistent with those objectives, utilize management techniques most suited for their personalities, and harness their individual power to achieve success in their chosen profession.
ELI faculty and staff are dedicated to “empowering women everywhere” by coaching its members through a practicum that enables them to lead groups, organizations, and nations.
I. TIFFANY DIVISION : Training In Facilitation: Fostering A New You
The purpose of the Tiffany course of the Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) is to prepare to lead in instruction by fostering a learning environment that will teach adult learning principles, methods and techniques practiced in training and facilitation. Participants will learn and later apply techniques by preparing and facilitating a workshop sesison for the Young 100 Division of ELI. The TIFFANY course consist of four (4) workshops.
II. LEADERSHIP DIVISION
This division is design to target women who are well into their careers. The curriculum will empower women to lead groups, organizations, and government entities. This is a 4-month leadership program. The 4 program modules include:
1. Image Management: A Brand New You!
2. Mangement & Leadership: The Fundamentals
3. Self-Actualization: State of Mind
4. Business Development
Each session is led by community business leaders with specific expertise in the applicable areas.

Women Healing Women Inc.
Healing Women's Lives...One Heart At A Time.
Founded by Imani Evans, M.S. Women Healing Women, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization which offers supportive services to women survivors of violence (sexual and domestic abuse/violence).
Ivana currently chairs the Education and Clinical Review Committee. This committee seeks to provide community opportunities as well as continuing education workshops and reading for advocates, clinicians and others supporting women who experience violence. Plan quarterly professional article review. Research and review current events and news clippings on policy and legislature.
